These terms govern your use of Social (the "Service"), operated by cgmimm.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. This is a starter template — consult a lawyer before using in production.
You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our fair-use policy or the terms of the downstream social networks you connect.
You will not use the Service to post content that is illegal, harassing, or that violates the terms of service of Facebook, X, Nextdoor, TikTok, or any other network you connect. We comply with lawful takedown requests.
The Service publishes to third-party networks on your behalf. Those networks' terms still apply. We don't guarantee continuous connectivity — networks may rate-limit, checkpoint, or ban accounts at their sole discretion.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for downgrades mid-cycle.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you 30 days in advance.
